- The method must include technical analysis instead of than fundamental analysis, but it shouldn’t be completely automated. The trader should be free to make some decisions.
- The method must be practical with your lifestyle. Unless you are a full-time trader then I suggest you limit yourself to spending just 15+ minutes a day to your trading.

Don’t underestimate the significance of these methods, they are far more valuable than the latest flashy forex computer model. If you are a newcomer then chose a system that includes these features and you will be leading 90% of other traders and on your way to massive profits.

TOP 10 TOTAL BODY MOVEMENTS FOR BUILDING MUSCLE AND STRENGTH

All too often, I hear the excuse that people just don’t have enough time to workout. Even time crunched athletes have trouble squeezing in a quality strength and conditioning session amidst everything else they do. While we would all love to have 60 minutes set aside every day so that we could train every major movement plane; along with core work, grip work, extra prehabilitative work – sometimes that is just not possible.

So what do most people do? Nothing at all. They figure if they can’t get everything they have planned then its just better to “wait until next”. That is a lazy person’s point of view, and if you’re reading my articles, then I don’t put you into that category. The fact is that you can get in a GREAT workout, often times using just ONE major movement to accomplish the goal. I know, I know, its not perfectly balanced, but a lot of times you can “chunk” mini workouts throughout the day to work those imbalances. Our main objective is to take ONE movement and just kill it for 5, 10 or 15 minutes depending on the day.

Here are my TOP 10 Full Body Movements. You’ll notice a variety of tools used, so if you don’t have any of these find a way to acquire them!

1. Sandbag Clean and Press: Taking a heavy, awkward object and ripping it from the floor and putting it overhead. Not much beats it!

2. One Arm Dumbbell or Kettlebell Snatches: From head to toe, these will hit your entire body. Not to mention the benefits from using a unilateral movement on your core and stabilizers.

3. Kettlebell Clean + Squat + Push Press: A pull, a squat and a press, this simple combo will hit just about every major plane of motion and get your heart rate through the roof!

8. Kettlebell (or Dumbbell) Push Up + Core Row (left and right) + Clean + Push Press. I’ve seen these called “man makers” elsewhere, and they definately live up to their name.

9. Pull Ups: I know, I know, this isn’t exactly a full body movement, but being able to pull your own bodyweight is crucial if your a combat athlete or just someone looking for some barndoor lats. Use all kinds of grips and experiment with various set and rep schemes.

10. Squats: all Kinds. Like Pull Ups, squats are primarily a lowerbody lift, but hammering some front squats for 20 minutes will flood your body with good hormones and have you in an anabolic environment for days afterward.
